These terms and conditions govern your use of the Fylde Clinic website and services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Fylde Clinic is a GPhC-registered pharmacy (Registration No. 9012835) operating in Lancashire, England. We provide online pharmacy and clinical consultation services across the United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals aged 18 or over who are resident in the United Kingdom. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide during consultations is accurate and complete.

3. Online Consultations

Our online consultation service allows qualified independent prescribers to assess your suitability for treatment. A consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued — our prescribers may decline where clinically appropriate. You must provide accurate, honest information; providing false information may result in harm and could be a criminal offence.

4. Prescriptions & Dispensing

All medications are dispensed in accordance with UK pharmacy legislation and GPhC standards. Prescription-only medicines will only be dispensed following a valid prescription issued by an authorised prescriber. Prescriptions cannot be transferred or used at other pharmacies once processing has begun.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is taken at the time of ordering. If a prescription cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued.

6. Delivery

Delivery timescales are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers or events outside our reasonable control. Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds

In accordance with UK pharmacy regulations, dispensed prescription medicines cannot be returned or refunded once dispatched. For non-prescription items, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided the items are unopened and in original condition.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to this, our total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant order.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Fylde Clinic or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or use any content without our prior written permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
