Every order is reviewed and approved by our GPhC-registered pharmacist before despatch, then sent in discreet, plain packaging.
How your order is processed
All orders are carefully reviewed and approved by our qualified pharmacist before being despatched. Once approved, your prescription is shipped the same day via Royal Mail Tracked 24-Hour Delivery. Orders placed outside operating hours, on a weekend or bank holiday are processed the next working day.
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves us, so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Standard1–2 working days from despatch
Same-day despatch on orders approved by our pharmacist before 3 pm on a working day. Fully tracked, with delivery confirmation sent to your email.
Temperature-Controlled
FreeNext-day priority
Free, included shipping for temperature-sensitive medicines (e.g. Mounjaro, Wegovy). Specialist insulated packaging maintains 2–8 °C for up to 72 hours.
Temperature-Controlled Medicines
Medicines that need to stay cold — including Mounjaro, Wegovy and other GLP-1 weight-loss injections — are shipped in specialist insulated packaging designed to maintain a temperature of 2–8 °C for up to 72 hours. Each parcel contains temperature-controlled gel packs and thermal insulation.
Please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel promptly and refrigerate the contents on arrival. Temperature- controlled items are non-refundable if delivery fails due to the customer being unavailable.
Discreet Packaging
All orders are dispatched in plain, unmarked packaging. The sender name on your parcel appears as “FC Pharmacy” — there is no indication of the contents on the outside of the package. Your privacy matters to us.
Delivery Area
We deliver to all mainland UK addresses. Delivery to remote areas including the Scottish Highlands, Western Isles, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands may take an additional working day and could incur a surcharge.
If you're not sure whether we deliver to your postcode, get in touch with our support team before ordering and we'll confirm. We do not currently offer international delivery.
Failed or Missed Deliveries
If Royal Mail cannot deliver your parcel they will attempt a redelivery, or leave the parcel at a local collection point. You'll be notified at each step.
Temperature-controlled items are non-refundable if delivery fails because the customer was unavailable to receive the parcel. If the parcel is returned to us and you'd like it re-shipped, additional shipping charges may apply.
Returns & Refund Policy
UK pharmacy regulations prevent us from accepting the return of any dispensed medication once it has left our premises. The following exceptions apply:
Faulty weight-loss pen
Manufacturer defects (e.g. faulty dose dial, broken pen) are replaced free of charge after a short 3–5 working day inspection on receipt.
Transit damage
If your parcel arrives damaged, send us photographs of the outer package and contents within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost.
Medical disqualification
If our pharmacist cannot dispense your medication after reviewing your consultation, your order is refunded in full automatically — no need to contact us.
Information requests
Where we need additional information to safely process your order, you have 15 calendar days from the date of our request to respond. If the deadline passes, the order is refunded minus a 1.5% administration fee charged by our payment provider.
Order cancellation
Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of purchase, provided your prescription hasn't already been dispensed. Refunds appear on your statement within 5–10 working days.
General returns (non-prescription)
For unopened, non-prescription items you have 14 days from receipt to notify us of your intention to return, plus a further 14 days to send them back (28 days total). Return postage is your responsibility unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
Items We Cannot Accept Back
- •Prescription medications and any dispensed medicine
- •Temperature-controlled items (Mounjaro, Wegovy and similar)
- •Items with broken protective seals or tamper-evident packaging
- •Custom or personalised items
- •Perishable items
- •Mixed goods that cannot be separated
These exclusions exist to protect patient safety and meet UK medicines regulations.
