Regaine for Women Once a Day Scalp Foam is a topical medicine containing minoxidil 5% w/w for the treatment of common female pattern hair loss (androgenetic alopecia) in women aged 18 to 65 years. It works by helping to prevent further hair loss and support hair re-growth by aiding blood flow to hair follicles on the scalp.
- Once-daily foam format designed to be applied directly to the scalp (not the hair).
- Dose: 1 g per day (about half a capful) across the affected scalp areas.
- Time to see results: you may need to use it daily for 12–24 weeks before noticing new hair growth; continued use is needed to maintain regrowth.
