Product Overview
Paracetamol + dihydrocodeine tablets for short-term acute moderate pain. 12 tablets. Ages 12+. Max 3 days.
Paramol Tablets (Pack of 12) are a pharmacy medicine for the short-term treatment of acute, moderate pain when paracetamol, ibuprofen and aspirin alone have not relieved symptoms.
Each caplet contains two pain-relieving ingredients that work in different ways:
- Paracetamol 500mg: analgesic (pain relief) and antipyretic (reduces fever).
- Dihydrocodeine tartrate 7.46mg: opioid analgesic for enhanced pain relief.
Paramol can be used for short-term relief of pain such as headache, migraine, period pain, toothache and other dental pain, backache, muscular and joint aches and pains, and neuralgia when simpler painkillers have not worked.
Important: This medicine contains dihydrocodeine and should be used for a maximum of 3 days at a time.
