Lamisil Athlete’s Foot 1% Cream provides relief from the symptoms of athlete's foot by keeping the affected area clean, regular washing, and drying without rubbing.
Lamisil AT Cream 1% 7.5g is a topical antifungal medicine used to treat a range of fungal skin infections. It is particularly effective for athlete’s foot (tinea pedis) and may also be used for other fungal skin infections such as ringworm (tinea corporis) and jock itch (tinea cruris), where advised.
The cream contains terbinafine hydrochloride, a clinically proven antifungal agent that works by killing the fungi responsible for infection, rather than just inhibiting their growth. This allows for short treatment courses and rapid symptom relief, helping to reduce itching, redness, soreness and scaling.
Lamisil AT Cream is commonly recommended in pharmacy practice for:
- Athlete’s foot between the toes or on the sole of the foot
- Ringworm on the body
- Fungal infections of the groin area
The cream formulation is easy to apply, absorbs well and is suitable for targeted treatment of affected areas.
