Lamberts One-A-Day A-Z Multi is a daily multivitamin and mineral food supplement designed to help support everyday nutritional intake with a broad spread of key micronutrients. It provides 23 nutrients in a convenient one-a-day tablet, with many included at 100% NRV (Nutrient Reference Value).
A-Z Multi includes double the NRV of vitamin D, a level increasingly recommended for routine maintenance, alongside vitamins A, C, E and a balanced selection of B vitamins and minerals. It also provides a useful amount of iron, which may be particularly relevant for people with low dietary iron intake.
