A nasal spray designed to alleviate hay fever and allergy symptoms by incorporating azelastine hydrochloride, an antihistamine, along with fluticasone propionate, a corticosteroid.
Dymista® Nasal Spray is a prescription-only combination nasal spray designed for the effective relief of moderate to severe allergic rhinitis when single-ingredient treatments are not sufficient.
It contains two active ingredients:
- Azelastine hydrochloride (an antihistamine) to block the effects of histamine
- Fluticasone propionate (a corticosteroid) to reduce inflammation in the nasal passages
This dual-action formula targets both the cause and symptoms of allergies, helping to relieve:
- Runny nose

Dymista is suitable for seasonal allergies (hay fever) and year-round (perennial) allergic rhinitis in adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over.
