Aveeno Active Naturals Dermexa Body Wash 300ml is a gentle, soap-free cleansing wash specially formulated for very dry, itchy and eczema-prone skin. It is designed to cleanse effectively without disrupting the skin’s natural barrier, helping to soothe irritation and relieve tightness and dryness during washing.

The body wash contains prebiotic triple oat complex (Avena sativa) and ceramides, ingredients commonly used in pharmacy-recommended skincare to help support the skin barrier and maintain hydration. It is suitable for daily use and can be incorporated into a regular eczema management routine alongside emollients.
